Aduk merata.</li>
<li>Untuk dressing campurkan irisan (suwiran) ayam dengan 2 sdmbumbu kaldu ayam. Aduk merata hingga membentuk semacam adonan. Setelah itu, letakkan adonan memanjang di atas daun pisang, lalu gulung hingga padat.</li>
<li>Kukus gulungan tadi selama 20 menit.</li>
<li>Lepaskan aluminium foil dan daun pisang. Acak-acak daging ayam dengan garpu.</li>
<li>Campurkan daging ayam dengan kacang panjang rebus. Tambahkan garam merica dan perasan jeruk nipis.</li>
<li>Hias dengan bawang goreng renyah.</li>
